We would like to emphasize that the SigEp Feds is an informal ΣΦΕ alumni group. We do not collect dues in any form. We come together as alumni to strengthen our fraternal bond. Ed and the troops need some supplies to keep them comfortable in Afghanistan. We will use this dinner as a drop off point so the Feds can send a care package to thank them for their service.
Here is some ideas:
Foods that you can add water and eat (instant soup, instant anything)
Healthy snacks (it is a lot easier to skip or miss a meal if you have something to chew on)
Individual packets for Gatorade and other drinks (it helps in the heat)
M&Ms (everyone needs al little chocolate now and then)
Nuts (all nuts are an easy to carry/store source of protein)
Soap and other items
Socks and other clothes of necessity (Remember, knee high socks to help us combat the disease-carrying sand flies)
The SigEp Feds have teamed up with the alumni ladies of ΔΖ to host social mixer at CarPool lounge, bar and grill. Details can be found below. We hope you can make it.
Why: It will be nice to sit outside, enjoy a cold drink, and socialize. There is also darts, pool and other fun entertainment to check-out. So come out for our happy hour and even do so good old-fashioned networking too!
