SigEp DC Alpha Centennial Celebration

DC Alpha (George Washington University) will celebrate their centennial on Friday evening October 9^th at a banquet at the Renaissance Hotel in Washington, DC. The keynote speaker will be Grand President Garry Kief. We are expecting between 300-350 guests at the black tie optional event.

Cost for the dinner is $125 per person. All the registration and information can be found at www.dcalpha.com.

Ed and the troops need some supplies to keep them comfortable in Afghanistan. We will use this dinner as a drop off point so the Feds can send a care package to thank them for their service.

Here is some ideas:

• Foods that you can add water and eat (instant soup, instant anything)


• Healthy snacks (it is a lot easier to skip or miss a meal if you have something to chew on)
• Individual packets for Gatorade and other drinks (it helps in the heat)
• M&Ms (everyone needs al little chocolate now and then)
• Nuts (all nuts are an easy to carry/store source of protein)
• Soap and other items
• Socks and other clothes of necessity (Remember, knee high socks to help us combat the disease-carrying sand flies)

Lets come through for Ed and rest of the troops.
